During morning observations, the client came to school late. During midday observations, the client interacted with his peers in a positive manner while celebrating during the class pizza party. During afternoon observations, the client followed directions on the first prompt and remained calm while completing his class work. QMHP-C greeted upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue sitting quietly in his seat while at resource. During midday observations, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner during the class party. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue following directions on the first prompt and remaining calm while he completes his class work. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive participation and feedback. During morning observations, the client agreed to continue interacting with his peers in a positive manner while celebrating during the class pizza party. During afternoon observations, the client agreed to continue following directions on the first prompt and to remain calm while completing his class work. The client also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
